The bank of monitors in the rear of the classroom mirror those in the front.  It makes it easy to be anywhere in the room and still see the distant students.  There are two cameras in the rear for the instructor--usually a close-up and a wide shot.  Also, there is a window between the classroom and the control room.  Visual cues can be given to the instructor by the technical operator.  In addition, there is an intercom between the control room and the podium.
