To help faculty prepare to teach a technology-enhanced course,

have frequent meetings with faculty in the TML classroom so they become comfortable with it;
use your  technology (videoconference, telephone) to connect with TML faculty at other institutions;
ask for videotapes of TML classes at other institutions;
have a regular faculty forum to share TML ideas and concerns;
develop a TML newsletter for your institution;
develop a TML web site focusing on training and preparation specific for your institution.
